The Cate Greene Idea House

This beauty was one of our model homes in 2016 and is like no other home in Brunswick Forest. Situated perfectly on the 11th tee of the Cape Fear National Golf Course, this project was designed to capture sunsets and golf games with floor to ceiling windows across the back. The Cate Greene won BEST DESIGN MASTER BATH overall and the SILVER award in the 2016 Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association Parade of Homes.
Fun fact: the “Cate Greene” was named after Tim Cate, the nationally recognized golf course architect who designed the Cape Fear National course.
